Medulla.

Act 1 Scene 1

Torbid skin illumed, cloaked in blue fish scales

At each passing time she left none heart-bare

As our eyes seek her lull and blindly cry

Such woman iridescent would fill the horizon sky

Eyes thick as sundown right before falling asleep

Her gaze, weathered by the faraway shore

Wavering reflexion mighty upon the sea

Traced a glaze of gold, left as a path to her dwelling

Her lashes dipped in mesmerising gale

Brushing the clouds as they clept her brow

Her breath undersea the currents she’d pound

For sailors to find the rail to her side

For every night announced, she’d align the tides

As a passage to her orbit lane

Her eyes would lush like ecllypses of the moon

And the pupils pitch dark cut trepid through all who’d dare lark

For Medulla laid tenderly devoted to her plea

Incessantly laying the path by which all tremors feed

Coaxed into drawing the tides so someone near by

Might enchanted reach her, and breed by her side

There she stood as a grand motion began to grow

Two waves thickening by this evening lore

A sailor unknowing of what was about to come

worked laborious by the sea shore, lulled.

Chorus to Act 1

All waste must begone to the forlorn scramble

When all is riddled into shackles and lockers

The unlock story has cut the main/waiting sail

Ready to birthe the next tide

Assemble y’all round the infinite sailors

They live by the time of a shaken sea

Where all she serves is a grand scale of needs

And seeds into the crashing dicotomy

Once was a learner, watching her back

The same old record cracked by the sand

Twice was a seaman, uncurled to the next

Following the wind as a lever to the mind

Blowing upon those who seek to find

A way past this riddle of time
